Data Deletion Instructions
ValueProp Appraisals Corp. respects your privacy and provides users with the ability to request deletion of personal data associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram integrations.
If you have used Facebook, Instagram, Meta Login, Meta Business tools, or any related Meta integration to interact with ValueProp, you may request deletion of personal data received from Meta.
How to Request Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your Meta-related data by emailing:

| Email Address | The email address used when interacting with ValueProp. |
| Meta, Facebook, or Instagram Account | The account, page, or profile connected to the request, if applicable. |
| Request Type | Please state: “Meta Data Deletion Request”. |
What Data May Be Deleted
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, ValueProp will delete or anonymize Meta-related personal data that may include:

| Communication Records | Messages, form submissions, or related interaction data where deletion is legally permitted. |
Processing Time
ValueProp will process deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying the request. Certain information may be retained where required for legal, accounting, audit, fraud prevention, security, regulatory, or professional compliance obligations.
Confirmation
Once your request has been processed, ValueProp will provide confirmation by email. If additional information is required to identify your records, we will contact you using the email address provided in your request.
